Romtelecom launches clickshop.ro, an online mall
Starting today, Romtelecom is the first communications operator on the local market to own in its portfolio an online mall offering a wide range of products, from electronics and IT products, to home and garden appliance or sports and lifestyle articles, belonging to some famous international brands, with more products than the ones already known on the Romanian market.
Clickshop is an online platform run by Romtelecom and developed by Deutsche Telekom, based on the platform of the online shop belonging to the German Group. At a single click distance, Clickshop, Romtelecom’s online mall, is offering Romanians the possibility of acquiring last generation products, at competitive prices and high quality standards, provided directly from Germany. The platform meets all the standards in terms of security and it is a proven solution, with over 6 years experience in online retail.
All the products in the mall will have manuals, also available online, and which can be downloaded directly from the website, thus offering the customers a 100% online experience. The transportation for the products purchased is free of charge for any order over 300 RON.
Clickshop will put at the users’ disposal a specialized call center, available at 021.9262 (number with normal tariff in Romtelecom network, available from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00), where they will get all the necessary information, from products to delivery conditions and payment. At the same time, on the website, there will be dedicated sections for consultancy when acquiring a certain product, as well as a glossary of technical terms to help the potential buyers to better choose the products they want.
