Romtelecom customers can choose to receive their bill online only

Starting with June both business and residential customers can opt to receive their bill for Romtelecom services only in electronic form, replacing the paper version. The customers had already the possibility to check their bill online since two years ago, enjoying complete transparency of their telecoms expenditures.

The electronic bills will be received on demand by customers, based on the MyAccount application, open for all Romtelecom clients. The system will notify every customer when their bill is available by either e-mail or sms, or both. All customers with internet access will then be able to go to their secure, password protected account on the romtelecom web site and immediately begin to download their e-bill.  All downloaded bills have a fiscal value and are fully authorized for official accounting purposes, thus eliminating the necessity of having print archives.

Thus customers can receive directly the bills, saving the time correspondent to expedition and eliminating the risk of any possible delays. A MyAccount account for the residential customers can be created in a couple of minutes, using several certification data and a valid e-mail address.

The MyAccountaccount for the business customers can be created by calling 1930 (free of charge call in the Romtelecom network). After the customer logs in, the application also offers other facilities like: free of charge checking of the last 6 months bills, the payments situation.
