New network monitoring system insures better response time for customers’ requests at Romtelecom
Romtelecom finalized the implementation of a new monitoring system for its network at the beginning of this year, as part of the company’s Customer 1st strategy and its priority in solving better and quicker any customer issue. The company’s call centers performance increased during the last year, following a few initiatives meant to improve the serving of the customers.
