New voice portfolio with more benefits for the Romtelecom residential customers

Starting today, October 26th, Romtelecom introduces a new voice portfolio for its new residential customers consisting in five subscriptions with up to 4000 minutes to any national fixed destination and up to 400 minutes to any national mobile, fixed national and international network. Moreover, the new customers who subscribe until December 31st, will benefit of up to 20% discounted monthly subscriptions, while customers who subscribe to both Voice and ADSL will benefit of up to 30% discounted voice subscriptions, starting from 4.9 Euros without VAT.

Voce Oriunde 4000+ and Voce Oriunde 2000+ are especially designed for customers who call to any destination, including mobile and international networks.

Voce Oriunde 4000+ offers 400 free minutes anytime to any national mobile or fixed national network. These free minutes can also be used for fixed European networks and fixed and mobile networks from USA and Canada. Voce Oriunde 4000+ additionally includes 4000 free minutes anytime to all national fixed networks, after the 400 minutes are used, and unlimited calls in Romtelecom network, anytime. Voce Oriunde 4000+ is available for a 20% discounted tariff to 10.8 Euros/month, without VAT.

Voce Oriunde 2000+ includes 200 free minutes anytime to the same destinations available for Voce Oriunde 4000+. In addition, Voce Oriunde 2000+ offers 2000 free minutes during evenings and weekends to any fixed national network. The promotional monthly tariff is discounted by 20% to 8.7 Euros/month, without VAT.

Both Voce Oriunde 4000+ and Voce Oriunde 2000+ maintain the special tariff of 4 Eurocents/minute, without VAT, for mobile and international calls, after the monthly free minutes are used.


Voce Fix Nelimitat, Voce Fix 1000+ and Voce Fix 100, are suitable for those clients who make calls to fixed lines.

Voce Fix Nelimitat offers unlimited minutes to any fixed network in Romania, anytime and comes with a 20% discount to 9 Euros/month, without VAT.    

Voce Fix 1000+ includes 1000 minutes to any national fixed networks, evenings and weekends, and other 100 on-peak free minutes for the same destinations. The promotional monthly tariff is discounted by 10% to 7 Euros/month, without VAT.

Voce Fix 100 offers 100 free minutes to any fixed national network, anytime and is available for a 10% discounted tariff to 6.2 Euros/month, without VAT and even for 30% discounted tariff to 4.9 Euros/month, without VAT, for customers who subscribe to both Voice and ADSL.

All new subscriptions (except Voce Fix 100) include unlimited off-peak calls in Romtelecom network.

“We made it a habit for us in the past years to frequently talk to our customers and collect feedback from them, in order to come up on the market with the best offers for them, as part of our Customer 1st policy. Our latest researches showed that the customers want more free minutes and lower monthly tariffs, even lower if they take also the broadband internet connection, so we defined new subscriptions to meet these expectations. While keeping equivalent list prices for the new subscriptions, we added discounts of up to 30%  for the monthly fee and even hundreds of free minutes to mobile and international destinations” stated Joerg Zeddies, Chief Commercial Officer, Residential Segment.

The promotion for the new voice subscriptions is available until December 31, 2009.
