VoceNet Office, the new communication service packages for small and middle companies

This week Romtelecom promotes its new service packages, including voice services and a broadband internet connection for small and medium companies.

VoceNet Office packages also include, beside the 2 and 8 Mbps broadband Internet connection, thousands of minutes available in the Romtelecom network, and to other fixed telephony operators, minutes available in fixed international networks as well as in CUG within the respective company. All these are available at prices starting from 14 Euro per month, VAT excluded. After the minutes included in the subscription are consumed, the fees for calls to fixed telephony networks start from 2.5 eurocents per minute; for calls to mobile and international networks, tariffs start from 8 eurocents per minute. The offer targets both new and existing clients, from small and medium companies, and it is ideal for those who want quality services against lower prices.

This is the first package by which Romtelecom business clients are offered free of charge thousands of minutes for calls in a CUG defined at the level of a company, but also granting the services through SLA (service level agreement), both for voice and Clicknet. For the Clicknet service, the SLA grants a maximum period of 12 up to 24 hours to restore the connection in case of a malfunction, and, at the same time, depending on the period when the service is not operational, compensation through certain discount of the monthly subscription for Clicknet is provided.

At the same time, the companies that sign for a subscription for the 6 and 8 Mbps speeds Internet service Clicknet can still benefit from the offer that includes a mini-laptop, external DVD Writer and a multifunctional printer, within the price of the monthly subscription. The offer is valid for the contracts concluded for 3 years, and the prices of the subscriptions start from 24 Euro, VAT excluded.
