Romtelecom guarantees broadband services for business clients and launches new voice services

Romtelecom introduced the Service Level Agreement (SLA) regarding the quality of the Internet access service for business clients, without any fees in its standard form. At the same time, a second common offer with Cosmote was launched, for new or existing Business clients.

In case of Clicknet service, the agreement regarding the level of service quality guarantees a maximum recovery time of 12 up 24 hours and, at the same time, for the time the service is not operational, the client will receive a discount to the monthly subscription. The SLA is available in two versions: Standard, offered by default and free to all clients and Advanced, offered on a 3 Euro (exclusive of VAT) monthly fee basis. Starting last autumn, Romtelecom introduced a similar warrant also for voice products.

Romtelecom launched common offers with Cosmote: Basic Office 3 and 6 service packages. They include unique tariff for calls in Romtelecom network, free minutes for calls to mobile networks, free minutes for calls in Romtelecom network, Clicknet Internet access, Comote subscriptions with included minutes and free unlimited calls for calls inside the group.

Basic Office packages are available for new and existing customers, as a communications solution for small and medium companies, who assure economies of over 20% as compared to the list prices.
