Romtelecom brings its customers closer with My Account application
Information related to Romtelecom invoice and other customer care information can be accessed online by all Romtelecom clients, through the new MyAccount application, which, first of all, will ease the interaction between the company and its clients.
MyAccount is an interactive, user friendly application which offers information in real time about the bills, the detailed traffic, the activated options, the Clicknet e-mail address of a Romtelecom client and also about the date and the place where the last payments of the Romtelecom invoices were made. The online application is available for free for all Romtelecom clients who want to have a rigorous control of their telecom services.
With MyAccount a client can view his last 6 invoices, the correspondent annexes and the detailed traffic registered in this period. The application allows the clients to check the calls made in the time slot when the traffic is not charged or the traffic between two specific dates.
Moreover, the application offers the possibility for the clients to change the password for their Clicknet e-mail accounts and to view the status of their trouble tickets and even add a new one, if necessary. Also, the clients can request online certain services or send suggestions.
