Romtelecom and COSMOTE introduce fixed-mobile solutions for business customers
Romtelecom and Cosmote, members of OTE Group, announce the launch of Convergent 1000 and Convergent Unlimited, the new integrated combination offer for companies in Romania. The new flexible packages are the most competitive and cost-efficient telecom business solution in the market, offering free air minutes or unlimited airtime for fixed, mobile and fixed-mobile communication and can be tailored to meet specific corporate needs. Romtelecom and COSMOTE Romania will further enhance their fixed-mobile portfolio by the end of the year with offerings for residential customers.

With the launch of the Convergent packages, the two companies redefine the concept of “on-net” based on customer needs. With flexible options from thousands of free air minutes to unlimited free airtime, companies can now optimize their operations having full cost – control.
Convergent 1000, designed to meet the needs of professionals, small home offices and SMEs, and Convergent Unlimited, intended for large corporate accounts with high voice traffic volumes, can be tailored to provide flexible and cost-effective communication between fixed and mobile stations within a selected group of users.
By combining any of Romtelecom and COSMOTE Business subscriptions, Convergent 1000 can be tailored to meet specific business needs, starting with:
· a minimum requirement of one Romtelecom landline and two COSMOTE business lines and
· a minimum of 1,000 monthly air minutes per each line.
The tariff per user for a Convergent 1000 package starts at 8 euro/month, VAT excluded.
Convergent Unlimited addresses companies with even greater communication needs and mobility of employees, providing unlimited calls within their chosen group of fixed and mobile lines, at any given time. The tariff per user for a Convergent Unlimited package starts at 12.17 euro/month, VAT excluded.
Romtelecom and COSMOTE will soon introduce an extra combination package for the residential segment, offering advanced fixed-mobile solutions.
