Romtelecom brings color to CERF 2008 and 20 Mbps with a new ClickNet product
This year, the company continues its tradition of taking part to the IT&C fair CERF, which will take place during May 7th-11th, with an exhibition stand at least as original as in the previous years, this time together with COSMOTE and Germanos.
Romtelecom will be an extremely vivid and entertaining host for the visitors who desire to live a unique, relaxing and fun experience at CERF. The company will be present together with COSMOTE and Germanos, with a special stand, full of colours and lights, designed by the Romanian artist Dragos Buhagiar. The visitors are invited to express themselves and to experience high quality technology, and to also discover the interesting areas in Romtelecom space: Internet (ClickNet), digital television (Dolce) and fixed telephony.
During the five days of presence at CERF, Romtelecom will organize various contests with tens of prizes for the stand’s visitors, from promotional objects to free of charge subscriptions to Internet ClickNet, digital television Dolce or fixed telephony, for contracts closed during the fair, or tickets to B’ESTFEST, the music festival supported by Romtelecom for the second year, and which will take place during July 4th-6th.
The newest product brought by Romtelecom at CERF 2008 is ClickNet 20 Mbps, addressed both to the business clients segment, as well as to the residential one. The new broadband Internet product from Romtelecom provides a download speed of 20 Mbps, 1024 Kbps for upload, static IP and web hosting advanced services through the BeOnline Start package. The monthly subscription for ClickNet 20 Mbps is of 39 Euros, VAT excluded.
With ClickNet 20 Mbps Romtelecom continues the offensive in the broadband Internet area and addresses the clients who are familiar with and appreciate the new technologies and reliable services. As for the companies, Romtelecom targets for this new product, the small and middle enterprises, with few tens of employees.
The broadband Internet service of Romtelecom, ClickNet, has about 20% share of the local market at the end of 2007, recording a 300% growth rate in 2007, the biggest for fixed broadband in Romania.
Within the COSMOTE stand, designed as a train, the visitors will have access to the newest mobile telephony services and products offered by the operator, while Germanos will connect them to its latest technologies. Besides, various contests with COSMOTE prizes will be organized for all the visitors of the stand.
