The digital television service Dolce reached half a million clients, in only 16 months since its launch on the market. With one of the highest growth rates in Europe in 2007, Dolce reached a penetration rate on the satellite television market of over 33%, 13% more as compared to the yearend 2007.

April 14, 2008 Romtelecom eases access to international calls with a new subscription
The new Confort 50 International subscription was especially created for residential existing and new clients with a high international traffic. The 50 international minutes included can be used regardless of the day and time slot, for making calls to fixed telephony networks in the EU countries and to fixed and mobile networks in USA and Canada. Of course the new subscription includes the most “loved feature” by our customers: unlimited calls to any fixed telephony network in Romania, from Monday to Friday, during the evening (6 PM-8 AM), plus on the whole Saturdays, Sundays and during legal holydays.
