Romtelecom to provide telecom services for the largest residential project in Romania - Baneasa Residential
Today, April 4, 2006, Georgios Argentopoulos, Romtelecom Chief Operating Officer, participated in a press conference organized by Baneasa Investments to announce the closure of a strategic partnership with Romtelecom, regarding the largest residential project in Romania, Baneasa Residential.
“Baneasa Residential project is an opportunity for Romtelecom to implement the most advanced infrastructure, able to provide new, high quality services, including broadband and content. The client will be able to activate the services himself and also to diversify them”, Georgios Argentopoulos declared on this occasion.
The partnership between Baneasa Investments and Romtelecom assumes the implementation of a pilot project which uses the latest technologies and which will serve a number of almost 15,000 clients in the residential area. All houses included in Baneasa Project will be handed over, entirely equipped with the communications infrastructure already installed. The new technologies allow voice and broadband services of the highest quality, as well as a new series of applications, at the highest international standards.
Baneasa Rezidential will include 3,000 residences of various types: apartments, houses in line and individual villas, in an area of over 1 million 1 sqm, as well as all the necessary facilities.
