Andreea Mirea – Chief Internal Audit Officer

Andreea Mirea was born in 1973. She graduated from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and she has an experience of over 10 years in internal and external audit, corporate governance, compliance and anti-fraud management. Andreea also has an experience of over 5 years in the telecommunications area and she is a certified member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and of IIA (The Institute of Internal Auditors).

In May 2004, Andreea Mirea joined Romtelecom team within the Internal Audit Department and starting July 1st 2009 she is the acting Chief Internal Audit Officer for Romtelecom.
