Anca Georgescu Aladgem – Chief Human Resources Director

Born in 1968, Mrs. Georgescu has extensive experience in human resources, in Romania, as well as in Poland and Greece. Since 1999, Mrs. Georgescu has been working with Coca Cola HBC, in Romania, where her last position was of Country Human Resources Manager till 2002. In this position, Mrs. Georgescu had the responsibility for all areas of the HR management – 6 plants, regional HR structure, including approximately 2,500 employees. In Poland, she held the same position for two years, coordinating the HR team for approx. 3,000 employees and in Greece, she designed and coordinated the technology strategy for the human resources department across 26 countries, as Corporate Business Process Leader for Human Resources.
