Ana-Maria Mateescu – Attorney- at- Law Coordinating the Legal Support Activity

Ana-Maria Mateescu was born in 1977. She graduated from the Law Faculty at the University in Bucharest and has been practicing over 10 years in corporate law, domains such as competition, mergers&acquisitions, consumer protection, commercial, contracts, labour relations.

In 2004, Ana-Maria Mateescu joined the Romtelecom team as a lawyer in the Legal and Corporate Relations Directorate. Since 2009, she became Chief Counsel Retail & Corporate Legal Division, managing the legal support and providing expertize for: commercial activity of the business sales activity, corporate governance, the supply chain activities, real estate administration, intellectual property, tax&finance, as well as mergers & acquisitions. Since the beginning of 2011, from the position of Attorney- at- Law Coordinating the Legal Support Activity, she directly reports to the CEO.
