Starting with July 1st 2009, Romtelecom developed and implemented an efficient Compliance System, based on:
  • Anti-corruption national and international laws;
  • Anti-fraud policies and Whistleblowing policy
The Romtelecom Whistleblowing Policy is designed to support its employees, full time or part-time, contractors, providers, clients and other audience members, which consider that they have discovered violations of the company procedures or corruption actions or other irregularities. All disclosures are being treated as highly confidential and sensitive.

These channels for reporting irregularities are not in conflict with the national and international legislation concerning the processing of personal data.

The Whistleblowing Policy allows you to report irregularities through Anonymous Online Reporting Form. Please describe the incident as detailed as possible so we can start the investigation. We want to emphasize that reporting irregularities anonymously we will not be able to contact you to obtain additional information on your allegation and therefore investigation can not be started and completed. Through this portal we want to reduce the consequences of professional and legal standards violations and potential risks offering 24/24 h support.
