The support services represent operations or interventions performed by Romtelecom specialists, aimed to manage or optimize an existing service.

Depending on the complexity of interventions, there are three categories of support services:

• "Engineering services": solution design and optimization, configurations, monitoring services;
• "On-site interventions": all operations requiring personnel displacement;
• "Remote hands":simple activities provided during business hours, such as activating the reset key or switching on and off the hardware located within Romtelecom PoPs, supervised by qualified personnel.

In case of faults, the operations performed in order to restore the service will not be considered support services.

CPE Package

Available when purchasing Romtelecom data transfer or IP services, the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) Package offers the possibility to:

• Rent or purchase an equipment which is fully compatible with the subscribed service;
• Opt for CPE management for rented/ purchased/ proprietary equipment.
