Temporary VAS

The temporary circuits provide voice or data transmission services on short term (less than 6 months), usually during social or sport events.

Benefits:

• Easily adapt to customers' emergency requests for service implementation on short notice ("express" service);
• Full package of national and international services (including a terminal set, upon request);
• Premium service availability.

Types of services:

5. 5. Leased Lines (4 wires) Service

Service availability:

• Inbound: for transmissions from abroad to Romania;
• Outbound: for transmissions from Romania to abroad.

1. Fixed Telephonic Line Service/ IDD

   Through this service, Romtelecom offers a main telephone line that allows the client to make telephone calls to any client from Romtelecom or other national/ international networks. For every main telephone line, the client will receive a random number and terminal equipment (on custody).

   The tariffs for each service include:

   • installation tariff
   • monthly fee tariff
   • calls related tariffs (according to Romtelecom's tariff plan available at that date)
   • other tariffs, if case
2. ISDN 2 Service

   ISDN-2 assures telephone services and data transmissions. Each ISDN-2 service includes:

   • a basic access (BRA), formed by 2 ports S/T, 2 analogical ports, 1 RS232 port and 1 USB port) in the digital exchange and physical access line
   • 3 numbers for calling (1 access number, 2 supplementary MSN numbers)
   • access equipment, on custody
   • implicit services
   The beneficiary has the possibility to rent the terminal equipments.

   The tariffs for each ISDN-2 service include:

   • installation tariff
   • monthly fee tariff
   • terminal equipment rental fee
   • voice calls related tariffs (according to Romtelecom's tariff plan available at that date)
   • other tariffs, if case
   The following optional services are available, extra charge:
   • Supplementary number for the service subscribed with MSN
   • DDI (Direct Dialing Inward) – for every 10 numbers group
   • AOC (Tariff Information) - per access
   • Short calling number of 3 or 4 figures, others than for emergency and social services
3. ADSL Internet Access Service

   ADSL Internet Access Service is a broadband Internet access service, that beneficiates of ADSL technology. ADSL Internet Access offers Internet Access without traffic limit, at maximum speed between 1024 kbps download / 512 kbps upload and 6144 kbps download / 512 kbps upload.

   The customer can choose between the following options:
   • ADSL Internet Access 1 Mbps (1024 Kbps download/ 512 Kbps upload)
   • ADSL Internet Access 3 Mbps (3074 Kbps download/ 512 Kbps upload)
   • ADSL Internet Access 6 Mbps (6144 Kbps download/ 512 Kbps upload)
   The tariffs for each ADSL Internet Access service include:
   • installation tariff
   • monthly fee tariff
   • other tariffs, if case
4. Internet Access Premium SHDSL Service

   Internet Access Premium SHDSL is a symmetrical band data transmission service that offers permanent Internet access and access to Romtelecom's IP national network, provided over Copper pairs (Romtelecom infrastructure).

   The following options are available for this service:
   • SHDSL Internet Access, 1 Mbps
   • SHDSL Internet Access, 2 Mbps
   Romtelecom will assure, at the beneficiary's request:
   • Routing a 4 IP public class allocated by Romtelecom
   • NAT (routing a private Ips class)
   The tariffs for each SHDSL Internet Access service include:
   • installation tariff
   • monthly fee tariff
   • other tariffs, if case
5. Leased Lines (4 wires)

   Leased Lines 4 wires is an electronic communications service that offers a transparent and permanent capacity transmission between two network points and does not allow the possibility of commutation at the users' request. The support of each service is an uncommuted transmission line, with four terminal points. By terminal point, it is taken hereby into consideration the point where the client's equipment connects to the leased line; examples of terminal points: interface terminal equipment (modem, router etc.), plug etc. Through this service, Romtelecom does not provide the vocal band modem.

   The client will connect to Romtelecom network, homologated modems of one of the following types:

   • for M.1040 lines: V.21, V.23
   • for M.1020 lines: V.21,V.22, V.22 bis,V.23, V.26, V.26 ter, V.27, V.27 bis, V.29, V.32, V.32 bis, V.33, V.34
   • for M.1025 lines: V.21, V.22, V.22 bis, V.23, V.26 ter, V.29
   The tariffs for each Leased Line service include:
   • installation tariff
   • monthly fee tariff
   • other tariffs, if case
