International Toll Free Service (ITFS), also known as International Free phone Service, International Toll Free Calling Service, and International Green Numbering Service is a reverse-billed, inbound calling service provided from Romania to the destination country.

The service enables an ITFS customer from one country to be assigned one or more special telephone numbers in other countries, which allows callers in those countries to call the ITFS customer free of charge. The aim of the service is to help companies to improve their business effectiveness.

ITFS calls from Romania will be translated by the Intelligent Network (IN) into an international routing number as indicated by terminating carrier, on a number-by-number basis, and they will be directly routed to the specified International Service Carrier (ISC) in the destination country.
