The core product consist of a countrywide distributed housing center for hosting operators' and service providers' data/ voice equipment, ensuring the connectivity between their networks, and the access to other customers/ end-users over the Romtelecom network.

The NCC delivers services across 8 operational NCCs, two in Bucharest, and one in each of the following cities: Timisoara, Oradea, Iasi, Bacau, Galati, and Constanta. Another four locations are under development in Cluj Napoca, Sibiu, Brasov and Craoiva, and virtual PoPs are available in any major city across the county.

Neutral Colocation Center locations

• Shared Space: the shared space colocation option is a cost-effective solution for housing individual cabinets/racks for telecommunication equipment. Locking cabinets/racks with 24/7 site security and accessibility, power-protection, and connectivity, will insure that your equipment is safe and secure.
• Rack Unit Space: rack unit increments, as follows, U, ¼ rack, ½ rack, enabling companies with minimum colocation requirements to purchase as little as a single rack unit, with the options to expand as their business grows.
• Utilities and facilities.

Physical interconnect (Meet Me Rack) - provides direct interconnection between two customers' equipment housed in the same NCC location, using the passive network infrastructure elements.

There are two types of Meet Me rack services:

• Meet Me Rack: both customers requesting a direct interconnection have their equipment housed inside the same colocation space;
• Extended Meet Me Rack: at least one of the customers requesting a direct interconnection is not housed inside the colocation space.

Virtual interconnect provides point-to-point/point-to-multipoint connectivity, using active equipment from Romtelecom network for the cross-connect function:

• Virtual Meet Me Room: provides point-to-point/point-to-multipoint connectivity between customers located at two different NCC locations, using cross-connectors/ADM function and transport on the SDH network.
• Virtual Meet Me Rack: provides point-to-point/point-to-multipoint connectivity between customers located at the same NCC locations, using the cross-connect/ADM function.
