Internet Premium Rate

Technically the Internet Premium Rate service is similar with the Internet Special Access dial-up connection. The main difference resides in the billing mode. For the special access and UIAN, the user pays to the Internet service provider the counter value of the connections established to the Internet services and pays to Romtelecom the counter value of the dial-up traffic. In the case of "premium" access, payment is due only to Romtelecom, based on the recorded duration of each call made for accessing the Internet.

In order to differentiate this service, it is used a special numbering system (087022xxxx type).
