The product is designed to provide a mutual access for Romtelecom and ISPs to each other IP services customers (including downstream customers), by establishing a BGP session between Romtelecom and ISP/OLO routers.

The service offers:

• Connectivity through dedicated port, over dedicated FO access/ interconnect link, Ethernet/SDH access technology
• Provide access to Romtelecom IP network; Romtelecom will announce the customer all Romtelecom PA and PI prefixes and its downstream customers’ prefixes
• Routing protocol: Inter-domain routing protocol BGPv4
• Bandwidths available: in range from 5 Mbps to 1 Gbps, with the following granularity:
  • 5-10 Mbps – granularity 1 Mbps
  • 10-100 Mbps, granularity 5 Mbps
  • 100-1000 Mbps, granularity 50 Mbps
• Traffic monitoring through a secured web-site
• Quality level: ”best effort”

• Routing policy enhancement - provide the option to mark the routing information announced to the customer with specific Romtelecom BGP communities
• Professional services - a full range of services related to IP Connect services, can be offered upon request, including:
