  • listening to the mailbox from your own subscriber station is FREE OF CHARGE;
  • voice mail services are easy to use due to the friendly environment providing a set of voice announcements informing subscribers of the available options and urging them to perform specific actions. At any time the subscriber may require assistance;
  • the service allows the listening to voice messages from any fixed or mobile telephone in the country and abroad, at a tariff corresponding to a conversation to the Voces subscriber station;

Subscribers to voice mail services may customize their mailbox by:

  • maintaining, deleting or customizing the standard welcoming message;
  • introducing their own voice signature;
  • changing the 4-digit password (implicit, 1111), ensuring message confidentiality.

Description

Voces - the voice mail service offered by Romtelecom to natural and legal persons allows the registration, rendering and management of voice messages.

The service consists in the association of the analogical (LTP) or digital (ISDN-2) telephone line to a box in the Voice Mail Platform, capable of taking over voice messages.

The clients of such service benefit from:

  • the registration of messages without additional equipment;
  • the listening to the registered messages;
  • the performance of message management operations: deletion/maintenance, roll forward and back, volume control;
  • the information on the date and hour when the voice message is received;
  • the receipt of several messages at the same time, even during the consultation or configuration of the mailbox.

Service parameters:

  • duration for keeping listened messages: 7 days;
  • duration for keeping non-listened messages: 30 days;
  • duration of the welcoming message: 20 seconds;
  • storage of maximum 10 voice messages;
  • maximum duration of the voice message: 2 minutes.

Conditions in which Voces calls are forwarded:

  • forwarding ”no answer” (implicit) - if the subscriber does not take over the call within a pre-established time interval;
  • forwarding ”busy“ (optional);
  • forwarding ”faulty telephone line“ (implicit, if the subscriber opted for forwarding “busy”) - if the call cannot be finalized for faulty terminal or telephone line reasons.
