With the Voce Business National subscription you have national unique tariff irrespective of the fixed network in which you call, distance or time.

Benefits

• National Business Voice, the subscription for the main telephone line offered by Romtelecom allows voice or data calls (fax, Internet etc) at a unique tariff both in Romtelecom network and in other fixed networks;

The Annex containing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) represents a guarantee under which Romtelecom undertakes to provide a service of exceptional quality.

The option is addressed to any business client contracting and using a voice service (main telephone line, digital trunk, analogical trunk with/without teletaxation, ISDN 2 and ISDN 30).

There are three service levels which Romtelecom offers and of which you can choose one: Standard, Advanced or Premium. The Standard option is offered free of charge and implicitly. Also, other two SLA levels are available: Advanced or Premium. The activation of the SLA level shall be according to your option.

SLA benefits for voice services

• Granting of discounts in case the availability guaranteed through the SLA is not observed
• Standard SLA is offered free of charge (EUR 0 monthly subscription)
• In the trouble remedy process, the priority order is: SLA Premium, SLA Advanced, SLA Standard.

Romtelecom guarantees the minimum monthly availability of the voice service according to the SLA level, as follows:

Electronic Annex

General description
The Electronic Annex allows a subscriber to obtain detailed information on the services in the Fiscal Invoice, for a certain time period.

Such information refers to: the monthly subscription related to the access line/data services/TV, the number of minutes consumed on each destination type and the countervalue thereof (EUR/Lei), granted discounts.

CLIR-A

General description

Do you want to call without making your telephone number known? The CLIR-A service allows you to hide your telephone number when calling somebody.

The service is offered in two versions:

• CLIR-A call by call - offered implicitly. With this service you can choose the calls for which you do not want to show your identification. For this purpose, you should just dial the following code *31* - wanted number - # symbol. This service may be used only if the client has a DTMF terminal (TONE signaling) permanent CLIR-A - service offered based on an application. Through this service you have the guarantee that your call number shall never appear on the called person's telephone display.

If you call emergency services 112(Ambulance, Police, Firemen Department), the telephone number shall be transmitted even if you activated the CLIR-A service, in any of the two versions.

CLIP-A

General description
Do you want to know who is calling you before answering the phone? The CLIP-A service offers the possibility to identify the caller through the display of its telephone number on your display. You can use the CLIP-A service only if you hold a terminal with the integrated "CALLER ID" function.

Last call redial

The number you dialed is busy or there is no answer? To redial you do not have to waste your time dialing the number over and over again until you get the connection. You can use the "Last call redial" additional service.

Service activation:

• For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 915 and listen to the order acceptance message;
• For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial *52# and listen to the order acceptance message.

With the activated service, the number of the busy subscriber shall be automatically dialed when picking up the receiver (unless you dial another number within 5 seconds from the tone arrival).

Waiting call

You are just talking on the phone when somebody else is trying to call you. Due to the "Waiting call" service, a sound signal notifies you of the arrival of the new call which you can take over if you want.

Service activation:

• For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 913 and listen to the order acceptance message;
• For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial *43# and listen to the order acceptance message.

Use of the service:

When you hear in the receiver the sound signal announcing you the receipt of another call, you can proceed as follows:

• Go to the second call: briefly press the hook switch or the FLASH key. When you get the dial tone, press: key 1 to pass to the second call and end the current one and key 2 for passing to the other call while the current one is waiting;
• Come back to the first call: briefly press the hook switch or the FLASH key. When you get the dial tone, press: key 1 to return to the first call and end the current one and key 2 to come back to the first call while the other one is waiting

Service deactivation:

• For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone dial 903 and listen to the order acceptance message;

• For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial #43# and listen to the order acceptance message.

Call forwarding

Do you wish that the calls made to your telephone station are forwarded to another number in the country where you want to be reached? Activate from your own telephone the "Immediate forwarding of incoming calls" service.

Service activation:

• For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 914, enter the dial number to which you want to forward calls (including the prefix) and listen to the order acceptance message;
• For the devices only functioning in TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial *21*, enter the dial number to which you want to forward calls (including the prefix), press the # key and listen to the order acceptance message.

Service use:

• If you want to use the telephone station to make calls, when the forwarding service is activated, dial the wished number over the special tone announcing you that incoming calls are forwarded.

Service deactivation:

• This operation is made whenever forwarding cancellation or the change of the forwarding destination is wished;
• For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 904 and listen to the order acceptance message;

• For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone dial #21# and listen to the order acceptance message.

Programmed call

Do you want to be reminded the time of an event or meeting you must not miss?

The Programmed call service allows you to establish a certain time when to receive a warning call within a time interval comprised between 15 minutes and 24 hours from the moment when you make the programming. If you want to program consecutive calls, you have to activate the wished hour and minute for each call.

Service activation:
For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 912, enter the hour and minute when you want the call (in HHMM form) and listen to the order acceptance message.
For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial *55*, enter the hour and minute on which you want the call (in HHMM form), press the # key and listen to the order acceptance message.

Service deactivation:
This operation is made whenever wishing to annul the programmed calls which were activated and not yet made. A single deactivation operation cancels all the calls programmed in advance.
For the devices functioning in a PULSE or TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial 902 and listen to the order acceptance message.
For the devices only functioning in the TONE mode: when you get the dial tone, dial #55# and listen to the order acceptance message.

Call baring

The outgoing call baring service is offered in 2 versions:

• With password
• With no password

In both versions, the baring classes presented below are valid.

Call password baring:

By entering a password formed of 4 figures, chosen by you, you can control the calls made from your own telephone station.

Thus, you have the possibility to choose one baring class (BC), of the 10 available, according to the type of outgoing calls.

First time the password chosen by you shall be entered, then the service is activated using the wished baring class. If a call of the bared call type is wished to be made, you have to deactivate the service.

Initial password activation

This operation is performed only upon the initiation service activation or after the ”Unblocking” operation.

In order to change the baring class, the existing baring shall be deactivated, and then the new baring class shall be activated.

For all the correctly made orders, the "accepted order" message is received. If the "refused order" message is received, the operation shall be resumed.

After 5 successive mistakes, the service automatically blocks. Service may be unblocked by calling the Sales and Client Relationships service (1930 - free of charge call in the Romtelecom network) or by submitting a written application to any Romtelecom shop.

Supply conditions:

Available without application and the tax for all the clients connected in Alcatel, Ericsson, Siemens and Goldstar telephone digital exchanges (irrespective of the subscription type. The service is functional upon the installation of the telephone station. If you forgot the password, call 1930 and request its resetting.

Fixed destination call

Through the activation of the "Fixed destination call" service you can automatically establish a connection with a pre-established destination (a telephone number chosen by you from the fixed or mobile network, from the country or abroad, formed of maximum 17 figures), by simply picking up the receiver without needing to dial the destination number.

The service is offered in two versions:

• Immediate fixed destination call: the call is immediately forwarded to the fixed destination by simply picking up the receiver.
• Delayed fixed destination call: The call is forwarded to the fixed destination after a limited time period (5 seconds) from picking up the receiver, unless you press a key during this time. During the time interval (5 seconds) in which you receive a numbering invitation tone you have the possibility to dial a new telephone number, other than the fixed destination, or service administration sequences (registration, modification, verification or deletion). After having received the numbering invitation tone, a telephone number in the fixed or mobile network may be dialed, directly or using a prepaid card.

The service administration is made only by the client and includes the following operations:

1. The registration/modification of the fixed destination number:

   TA*53*ND#M, where:

   DN – destination number chosen by the subscriber

2. Deletion of the destination number:

Three party conference

The service allows the establishment of a communication with two different telephone lines, either alternatively, while one of the calls is waiting, or simultaneously, in conference.

• Simultaneous three party conference

  When you get the dial tone, dial the telephone number of the first wished interlocutor. After the connection was established, the first interlocutor may be kept waiting by pressing the Flash key or briefly pressing the hook switch.
  
  After the first interlocutor was kept waiting, you shall receive a dial tone and may dial the number of the second interlocutor. When the connection is established, press the Flash key or briefly press the hook switch and, after receiving the dial tone, press key no. 3 to start the conference with the two interlocutors.
  
  If the dial number of the second interlocutor is unallocated, incomplete, busy, troubled or does not answer, press the Flash key or briefly press the hook switch, receive a dial tone, and thereafter press key no. 1 to come back to the call with the first interlocutor.
  
  The operations related to the calling of the second interlocutor and return to the waiting interlocutor may be repeated for as long as you want.

• Alternative three party conference

  In order to stay connected to the first interlocutor, press the Flash key or briefly press the hook switch and after receiving the dial tone press key 2. At this time, the second interlocutor shall be kept waiting and you shall talk to the first interlocutor.
  
  If you want to stay connected to the second interlocutor, press the Flash key once again or briefly press the hook switch and thereafter press key no. 2. Then the first interlocutor shall be kept waiting and you shall talk to the second one.
  
  If you want to leave the current conversation and start talking to the waiting interlocutor, press the Flash key or briefly press the hook switch and thereafter press key 1.
  
  The switching between the two connections may repeat provided that the line is, each time, put in the waiting mode by pressing the Flash key or briefly pressing the hook switch and then key no. 2.
  
  If you want to return to the conference with the two other interlocutors, press the Flash key or briefly press the hook switch and then key no. 3.

Abbreviated number

General description
Do you want to dial the wished number quicker? Then use the new service "Abbreviated number", allowing you to call the number belonging to a fixed or mobile telephone network dialing a combination of four figures instead of the full number.

The access to the service is made by pressing 4 keys, in which the first two represent the access code (**), and the last two the abbreviation related to the destination number. The full destination number related to the abbreviation may be chosen from the local national or international numbering, must be valid and must not exceed 17 figures.

The service administration shall only be made by the client and include the following operations:

• Deletion of the destination number:

  TA#51*TT#M, where:
  DT –dial tone;
  TT – combination of figures chosen for the abbreviation, with a value comprised between 00 and 19;
  M - order acceptance message.

• Verification of the destination number related to an abbreviation:

  TA*#51*TT*ND#M, where:
  DT –dial tone;
  TT – combination of figures chosen for the abbreviation, with a value comprised between 00 and 19;
  DN – destination number;
  M - order acceptance message.

• Use of the service:

  The sequence formed after the receipt of the dial tone is **TT, where:** is the access code defined by Romtelecom;
  TT – combination of figures chosen for the abbreviation, with a value comprised between 00 and 19;

Detailed invoice

The detailed invoice is the service allowing to a subscriber to obtain information regarding outgoing calls for a certain time period. Such information refers to: the call starting date and time, the called number, the duration, the consumption type and the call cost.

The service provides to the subscriber information specific to each type of invoiced call, in the calls chronological order.

The detailed invoice has the following versions:

• Permanent detailed invoice;
• Occasional detailed invoice

The detailed permanent invoice provides information on the outgoing calls made in the consumption period to which such telephone invoice refers. The occasional detailed invoice represents the full detailed invoice of telephone calls for a limited period, specified by the applicant in the submitted application.
