TELVERDE is an advanced telecommunication service allowing users to access free of charge a unique number in the form of 0800 8XX XXX. The client of the TELVERDE number may be called from any telephone line connected in the Romtelecom network, in the network of other fixed telephony operators or in the network of mobile telephony operators.

The TELVERDE service is only offered to legal persons.

How do I order

The applications for service supply shall be received at any Romtelecom shop or to free of charge number 0 800 800 800. The supply of the TELVERDE service is made based on a contract concluded between Romtelecom and the Client. Based on the application, the legal person Client shall be contacted by a Romtelecom sales agent for concluding the contract.

Users (the public) may call this service free of charge from anywhere.

Client Relationships:

• 0800 800 800 – free of charge call in the Romtelecom network offering information on the Telverde service
• 1930 – Client Info - the functioning of Telverde numbers is denounced

Calls: the following hourly ranges are defined:
- standard tariff in the peak period: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 18:00, and
- low tariff, outside the peak period: Monday – Friday 18:00-08:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays 0:00-24:00.

Calls originated from the Romtelecom network:

* Tariff applied on exceeding traffic, after consuming the minutes included in the package.

Calls originated from other national fixed networks:

Note: Tariffs are expressed in EUR, exclusive of VAT.

Additional functionalities (are offered to the client only at its request):

• routing according to origin - call forwarding according to its origin area (for instance: county, another fixed telephony operator);
• routing according to time - distribution of calls per specific destinations, according to the time when they were generated;
• call distribution - traffic distribution per destinations;
• call forwarding "busy" or "no answer" - call forwarding to a registered message;
• call reports - supply of traffic statistics/reports;
• authentication - limitation of the access to the service based on an authentication code; only the persons authorized by the client of the TELVERDE service may have access.
