Clear Channel is an Ethernet point-to-point connectivity service, which consists in a permanent, transparent and symmetrical communications channel, at variable rates, between two terminal points, usually situated in customer locations. The bandwidth of this connection is guaranteed and permanently available. Clear Channel service combines the reliability of the traditional Leased Line service with the flexibility of a wide area Ethernet service.

Romtelecom offers Clear Channel at the following data transfer rates: 192 kbps, 256 kbps, 384 kbps, 512 kbps, 768 kbps, 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 4 Mbps, 6 Mbps, 8 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 40 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 400 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 600 Mbps, 700 Mbps, 800 Mbps, 900 Mbps si 1000 Mbps.

From clients’ locations point of view, Romtelecom supplies this service in two versions: City & Intercity.

• City – both locations are in the same city;
• Intercity – those two locations are situated in different cities.

The services assured by Clear Channel are:

• Continuous data transfer at equal speed;
• IP Videoconference (it is recommended to have a bandwidth of at least 256 kbps);
• Electronic Data Interchange;
• Internet access distribution;
• Access to client-server application or to e-services (data banks on central server, etc.);
• Teleworking
• Optimal solution for disaster recovery

The Clear Channel service is provided upon a contract that is to be signed for a minimum period of one year, only with terminal equipments provided by Romtelecom.

The tariff for this service has the following components:

• Connection tariff – is paid just once, at the service installation, for each terminal point;

Monthly fee for Clear Channel service – is paid for each terminal point.

• The procedure for register and solve your complaints;
• The way to give you deductions if any problems  occurred

Annex containing Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a guarantee that Romtelecom is committed to providing service of exceptional quality.
SLA is available to any business client's which have Clear Channel contracts and SLA Standard is offered FREE of CHARGE.
