Minutes are consumed at the level of the access line belonging to the package, but not from the minutes included in the national fixed networks included in VoceNet package. The CLIR-A service allows you to hide your telephone number when calling somebody.The service is offered in two versions:
If you call emergency services 112(Ambulance, Police, Firemen Department), the telephone number shall be transmitted even if you activated the CLIR-A service, in any of the two versions. CLIP-AGeneral description Redial of last callThe number you dialed is busy or there is no answer? To redial you do not have to waste your time dialing the number over and over again until you get the connection. You can use the "Last call redial" additional service. Service activation:
With the activated service, the number of the busy subscriber shall be automatically dialed when picking up the receiver (unless you dial another number within 5 seconds from the tone arrival). Waiting callYou are just talking on the phone when somebody else is trying to call you. Due to the "Waiting call" service, a sound signal notifies you of the arrival of the new call which you can take over if you want. Service activation:

Call forwardingDo you wish that the calls made to your telephone station are forwarded to another number in the country where you want to be reached? Activate from your own telephone the "Immediate forwarding of incoming calls" service. Service activation:

Programmed callDo you want to be reminded the time of an event or meeting you must not miss? The Programmed call service allows you to establish a certain time when to receive a warning call within a time interval comprised between 15 minutes and 24 hours from the moment when you make the programming. If you want to program consecutive calls, you have to activate the wished hour and minute for each call. Service activation: Service deactivation: Call baringThe outgoing call baring service is offered in 2 versions:
In both versions, the baring classes presented below are valid. Call password baring: By entering a password formed of 4 figures, chosen by you, you can control the calls made from your own telephone station. Thus, you have the possibility to choose one baring class (BC), of the 10 available, according to the type of outgoing calls. First time the password chosen by you shall be entered, then the service is activated using the wished baring class. If a call of the bared call type is wished to be made, you have to deactivate the service. Initial password activation This operation is performed only upon the initiation service activation or after the ”Unblocking” operation. PULSE: 977 0000 0000 where 0000 is the initial password.
In order to change the baring class, the existing baring shall be deactivated, and then the new baring class shall be activated. For all the correctly made orders, the "accepted order" message is received. If the "refused order" message is received, the operation shall be resumed. After 5 successive mistakes, the service automatically blocks. Service may be unblocked by calling the Sales and Client Relationships service (1930 - free of charge call in the Romtelecom network) or by submitting a written application to any Romtelecom shop. Three party conferenceThe service allows the establishment of a communication with two different telephone lines, either alternatively, while one of the calls is waiting, or simultaneously, in conference.
Abbreviated numberGeneral description The access to the service is made by pressing 4 keys, in which the first two represent the access code (**), and the last two the abbreviation related to the destination number. The full destination number related to the abbreviation may be chosen from the local national or international numbering, must be valid and must not exceed 17 figures. The service administration shall only be made by the client and include the following operations:
Detailed invoiceThe detailed invoice is the service allowing to a subscriber to obtain information regarding outgoing calls for a certain time period. Such information refers to: the call starting date and time, the called number, the duration, the consumption type and the call cost. The service provides to the subscriber information specific to each type of invoiced call, in the calls chronological order. Full information on the detailed invoice is available here. The detailed permanent invoice provides information on the outgoing calls made in the consumption period to which such telephone invoice refers. The occasional detailed invoice represents the full detailed invoice of telephone calls for a limited period, specified by the applicant in the submitted application. |
