You're on your way to work. You consult on a single device, mobile or tablet, both your personal and business emails; you send emails and chat with people.

You arrive at work and intend to have a meeting with your team. You consult in Office Outlook your work calendar and your teammates agenda but you notice that one colleague is in a meeting until 9:45. You arrange a meeting at 10:00 and send invitations.

You receive confirmations for the meeting. 15 and 5 minutes before 10:00 the application announces the meeting and you notice that the information is immediately synchronized on your mobile device.
