We offer both remote and on-site interventions:
Remote interventions
- Configuration and optimization of operating systems (with the customer's licence);
- Installation of drivers for peripherals (printers, scanners, etc. – with the customer's installation kit);
- Installation and configuration of software for Windows Firewall, antivirus, e-mail client (Outlook, Lotus, etc.), supports (archiver, image viewer, browser, video player, etc.), video codec, Windows ServicePack and updates;
- Help Desk IT type technical support with free of charge calls;
- Assistance in using computers and other equipments (configurations, software installation, error messages, etc.);
- Remote connecting to the customer's system, in order to solve the occurred issues;
- Solving of incidents with the help of "remote desktop" application with access and monitoring allowed by the user.
On-site interventions
- Verification of operating conditions of the equipments and correction of the problems found;
- Installation of Operating System (with the customer's licence);
- Replacement of defective parts (with the customer's parts).
Managed Desktop service ensures troubleshooting 8 hours / day, 5 days/week and specialized Help Desk 24/24.
All the tariffs are in € without VAT.
