Convergent Unlimited offers to the customers a package containing Fixed Telephony, Mobile Telephony, Close User Group in any direction (F2F, M2M, F2M, and M2F)
A. Fixed Telephony Services
Romtelecom offers inside Convergent Unlimited package, "Linie Business Tarif Unic", a voice service subscription dedicated to business clients, offering the same tariff for calls in Romtelecom network, anytime and anywhere. This service is available to all business clients connected to digital exchanges.
Convergent Unlimited includes also, Unlimited Fixed CUG service (Closed Users Group), voice option allowing companies with multiple locations and telephone lines to communicate free between company's sites. Unlimited traffic is allowed for all local / long distance calls inside the CUG.
Calls within group are made by dialing corresponding number of digits, according to call destination (CUG clients do not benefit of short dialing).
The group is made of all fixed phone numbers of the same client account having Convergent Unlimited
The Unlimited CUG is available at Main Telephone Line level, thus, no phone line part of Convergent Unlimited package will be available without CUG option
B. Mobile Telephony Services
Cosmote offers inside Convergent Unlimited packaged, "Cosmote Corporate" product line, subscriptions for mobile telephony dedicated for business clients.

C. Fix-Mobile and Mobile-Fix Closed User Group
Fixed – Mobile Unlimited CUG is the main differentiator included in Convergent Unlimited package. The feature allows companies to communicate free of charge and unlimited between company's fixed and mobile phone numbers with Convergent Unlimited package
The group is made of all fixed and mobile phone numbers of the same client account having
Convergent Unlimited.
Beneficii:
- Complete telephony service for intra company communication
- Good economic value for companies with significant intra company traffic
- Unlimited minutes in fixed closed user group, mobile closed user group, fix-to-mobile closed user group and mobile-to-fix closed user group
- Convergent Unlimited is only available for business customers
- The contract must contain at least 1 MTL, 2 SIM card COSMOTE Corporate and associated CUGs (Fix – Fix, Mobile – Mobile, Fix – Mobile)
- A Convergent Unlimited package can contain maximum 30 of MTLs and an unlimited number of SIM cards
- The MTL – SIM card ratio for each contract must be minimum 1:2 (for each contract the number of SIM cards must be at least double than the number of MTL)
- It is allowed to add / remove fixed and mobile numbers from CUGs but the above limitations must be maintained
- Fixed and Mobile Telephony options are the existing options that Romtelecom offers for PSTN and Cosmote offers for Mobile Voice. For more details please consult web information for each option.
- Package Discount does not apply to any of the Optional features or traffic tariffs
- Convergent Unlimited is available for existing and new PSTN / Mobile telephony customers.
- Convergent Unlimited is not available for customers (Romtelecom and/or Cosmote) that were disconnected for payment issues.
- Convergent Unlimited is not available for customers (Romtelecom and / or Cosmote) that are under a promotion contractual period
- Convergent Unlimited contract period: 1 or 2 years.
- Convergent Unlimited is not delivered over digital trunk / ISDN access
Convergent Unlimited is a modular product allowing any combination of different numbers of Cosmote SIM cards and Romtelecom phone lines.

Romtelecom offers also Service Level Agreement for the fixed line part of Convergent Unlimited package. The Service Level Agreement for Voice Services (SLA) is a contract annex through which Romtelecom guarantees the quality of the service provided.
There are three levels of service that Romtelecom offers and from which the clients can choose one: Standard, Advanced or Premium.
