(SLA - Service Level Agreement )

Romtelecom is the first and only telecommunications provider in Romania that provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to endorse and support the ‘Quality Service Guarantee’ that the company provides across its product portfolio. The SLA is a contractual guarantee from Romtelecom Business Solutions designed to provide the very highest standard of technical support and customer care, delivering:

  • peace of mind and quality assurance;
  • guaranteed rapid response times to each and every call;
  • delivery of the very highest standard of technical support and after care to ensure that we minimize the downtime from any possible fault;
  • guarantee of compensation to the customer if the SLA parameters are not met by Romtelecom Business Solutions.

The standard SLA is provided FREE to all business customers covering most of the services from our product portfolio: Voice, Internet (Clicknet), Data and Premium Internet (IPFix and MetroNet), Clear Channel, Digital Leased Line and Data Hosting Services.

In addition, depending on the services provided, there is also an Advanced and/or a Premium version available.
